Group Term Life Insurance:
Term Life Insurance coverage can ease the financial burden brought upon by the death of a family’s primary provider. Accidental Death and Dismemberment can be added and provides benefits in the event of death or loss of limb resulting directly or Independently of all other causes from accidental body injury.
Group Universal Life Insurance:
Universal Life Insurance coverage provides a death benefit and, over time, provides tax-deferred fun value accumulation that may be used for retirement, children’s education or emergencies.
Short Term Disability:
Short Term Disability coverage provides monthly benefits for a period of up to 26 weeks.
Long Term Disability:
Long Term Disability coverage provides monthly benefits for an extended period of time.
Dental coverage provides coverage with a built-in wellness benefit.
Limited Benefit Medical Plan:
AHL minimedical® coverage offers a scaled down health plan with annual limits to keep the plan affordable.
Critical Illness coverage pays lump-sum benefits directly to the insured at the time a covered illness is diagnosed.
Cancer and Specified Disease:
Cancer and Specified Disease pays benefits that can be used for non-medical related expenses that health insurance may not cover as a result of cancer and 29 other specified diseases.
Accident coverage pays lump-sum benefits for on-and off-the-job accidents, in addition to existing medical coverage.
Referred to as SHOP (Supplemental Health Options Policy), pays predetermined amounts for covered hospital, outpatient, nursing, transportation and physician services.
Allstate Benefits (AB) offers a broad portfolio of products including life, supplemental health and disability insurance for individual ownership. Available Insurance products include Universal Life, Term Life, Cancer and Specified Disease, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Heart & Stroke and Disability coverage.
Our limited-benefit health products are designed to supplement primary insurance and offer flexibility, allowing consumers to make choices depending on their individual needs. Benefits are paid in addition to any other coverage and can be used to help offset the non-medical costs associated with treatment. The policies are individually owned and portable, even when payroll deducted. Most health products also qualify under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, meaning premiums can be paid pre-tax. Our advanced administrative capabilities allow for convenient payroll deduction of premiums on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis; or bank draft for individual “Direct” sales. Coverage is subject to state availability and limitations and exclusions.
